Selection Methodology of Energy Consumption Model Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

The paper is devoted to selection mathematical model of energy consumption in Monitoring and Targeting systems. The different models which can be applied in appropriate systems have been considered. The unique features of each technological object should be taken in account in mathematical models of energy consumption. The selection of mathematical model should be done by different criteria which estimate certain characteristics of models. The traditional criteria of model adequacy and “additional” criteria, which allow estimate the models characteristics more precisely, are considered. In order provide the compering of different models by several criteria simultaneously it is proposed apply Data Envelopment Analysis.
